In October 2021, on the 380th anniversary of Vilnius University’s Faculty of Law, Assoc. Dr. Laurynas Didžiulis delivered a report and engaged in discussions at a week-long conference. He participated in the discussion on the ‘Digitalization of civil law – lost between tradition and reality,’ emphasizing the universality and enduring importance of civil law norms in the modern market economy.

In February 2022, during the 10th ‘Spring of Legal Studies 2022’ event at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, Assoc. Dr. Laurynas Didižulis presented a report on ‘The principle of annexation or a Roman achievement that Lithuanians did not understand.’ He explored real estate ownership aspects, emphasizing the necessity of using structural principles of property law for effective real estate regulation.

In June 2022, Assoc. Dr. Laurynas Didžiulis was invited to speak at an international conference on contract law at the University of Ferrara in Italy. As an expert in Lithuanian law, he discussed the implementation of new EU directives in Lithuanian contract law, focusing on the regulation of digital content contracts.
