Despite the refusal of Consilium Optimum, Telia breached existing contracts and unlawfully refused new orders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Facing challenges from Telia, Consilium Optimum sought legal intervention. Unfortunately, both the Communications Regulatory Authority and lower courts initially failed to uphold the rights of the service provider. However, the Supreme Court of Lithuania, in a cassation appeal (civil case No. e3K-3-136-378\/2023), overturned lower court decisions, reaffirming the validity of the existing contract.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dr. Laurynas Did\u017eiulis, representing Consilium Optimum, expressed surprise at the initial reluctance of regulatory authorities and lower courts to protect the rights of smaller businesses.
